This is the most basic turnaround as it does not require knowledge of a Swing. It is therefore suitable for beginners.

Leave from the platform with a Crossed Grip and keep your body straight and tight. You will naturally turn around as you swing forward, then regrip at the frontend. Kick your legs forwards, backwards and forwards as you swing back so you are ready to get into a position (like a Single Reverse Knee Hang) at the backend.
