Reverse Uprise Pirouette to Hang

Trick ID: 298

Description

Swing out, turn around and get up into an Uprise position (either by a kip-up or an uprise at the frontend). Leave the bar at the frontend and make a full turn to catch your own bar. Swing back to the platform.
