This covers a series of tricks where the flyer takes both hands off the bar and styles before grabbing the bar again. This can happen at the backend or at the frontend, and while the flyer is facing forwards or turned around on the bar.

Variations include: Clapping after letting go, grabbing the feet or raising your hands (known as a Bourdon or a Bee).
