Other Names: Knee Hang Return

Make a Crossed-Arm catch and turn in the catcher's arms. As you swing back towards the approaching fly bar, lift your feet up and hook your knees over the top of the bar, letting go of the catcher so you end up in a Knee Hang position.

Variations include:

  • Choose whether to grab the fly bar with your hands as well (Hocks position) or remain hanging only by the knees.
  • Hook a single knee onto the bar (Single Knee Hang position).

This trick is very similar to a (Single) Knee Hang Bar Catch on a Bar-to-Bar rig.
