After a normal wrists catch, swing into the apron and lift your right leg up to the catcher's shoulder. The catcher takes your right leg and lets go of your right hand. Continue the movement and bring your left leg through in between you and the catcher, keeping it straight. Reach for the bar with your right hand. At the peak, let go and take the flybar with both hands. Of course, if you prefer, you can do everything with your left leg etc...
