Fly Bar to Static Cradle Knee Bar

On a Petit Volant rig, where there is a Static Cradle Catcher, it is possible to fly across from the fly bar to catch the bar of the Static Cradle (without the catcher there). This is usually done with a travelling Shooting Star, although it can also be achieved by letting go a Planche or equivalent trick early. This can be dangerous if not well controlled as it can be hard on the shoulders to catch a stationary bar.
