Other Names: Backwards Kip Departure

Stand on the board facing away from the fly bar. Take the fly bar with one hand, over your head. As you put your second hand on jump up into an Uprise position. Try to initiate this movement in a similar manner to a Kip Up (with the legs), rather than simply jumping which can cause slack in the cables.
