Reverse Planche with a half twist to catch

Explanation

Swing out and turn around. At the platform, lift your legs up in front of you under the bar. Position the bar behind the top of your thighs and straighten your body so your arms are straight. Squeeze your butt! As you reach the front end, let go of the bar and make a half turn to catch wrists.
