Rotate forwards to back

After a trick that rotates forwards, the flyer can dive down into the net, tucking their head under to land on their back. This is suitable when missing catches such as an Uprise, Forward Over, Forward Under etc. or dismounts such as a Crash Dive.

It is typically not the best way to fall into the net as it encourages the flyer to over-rotate the trick which can lead to a poor catch. Therefore on this site, I recommend this method for dismounts, but rarely for missed catches.
