Description

Swing out, turn around without force-out and immediately bring your legs up to the bar and do a Pullover into an Uprise position. Swing to the platform and back to the frontend. For the catch, there are a couple of options: Kip Half Turn (requires Uprise Lines + Twisting Belt), or Front Hip Circle (requires Half Turn lines).
