Swing out, back and rise up into an Uprise position. At some point during your swing, take your hands off the bar so you are in a front balance position. At the frontend, kip gently with your legs and shoot over the bar. It is important to kip gently, and to use your back muscles to keep your head and chest up, or you will dive down towards the catcher.
