Other Names: Split Penny Roll
Swing out and get up into a Single Knee Hang position. At the backend, sit up and grab the cables. Pull up into a 'Split Sitting position' - just like sitting on the bar but with one leg straight and trailing behind the bar. This may take an extra swing, so the trick is usually performed 'double time'.
At the backend, lean back so your body and front leg are in line. At the frontend, let go of the cables and rotate backwards around the bar.
