Description

Swing out and turn around. At the platform, get your legs up into a Whip position. At the frontend, hook your knees onto the bar and grab the cables, then pull yourself up into a sitting position. As your swing back towards the frontend, roll forwards under the bar with a half twist to catch wrists (or a bar on a Bar-to-Bar rig).

This trick is most commonly performed Double Time (with an extra swing), but can be done Full Time either by doing a Backwards Departure into a Whip, or a Whip Turnaround.
