Other Names: Sitting Back Somersault
Swing out, turn around and get up to sitting on the bar facing the platform (most likely this will take an extra swing and therefore require this trick to be caught Double-time). As you swing towards the frontend, drive your legs forwards to initiate a back somersault off the bar. Give your legs to the catcher for a Reverse Legs catch.
