Description

Other Names: Barker, Two-Position Dislocation

Leave the platform and bring your legs up in front of you at the frontend. Push them in between your hands into a Whip position. At the backend, continue the leg movement until your body is straight with your arms holding the bar behind you. The catcher will be in front of you at the moment of the catch. This trick can be very dangerous for the shoulders!

Since you need to bring your legs through into the Dislocation position, hold the bar in a Regular Grip rather than the Narrow Grip for a normal Whip.
