Other Names: Two-Position Toes Off
Swing out from the platform. At the frontend, bring the legs up straight in front of you and hook your toes onto the bar with flexed feet. Hold this position as you swing back to the platform and out again. Just before the peak at the frontend, let go of your hands and hang down from your feet for a split second before making the catch.
