Other Names: Hocks-style Knee Hang
This trick is identical to a Knee Hang, except the hands are together on the bar and the legs are hooked on the outside of the hands. Not having to pass the legs between the arms means that this trick is suitable for flyers with poor flexibility who would not otherwise manage to get their legs up. Swing out from the platform. At the frontend, bring your knees up in front of you and hook them under the bar on the outside of your hands. At the backend, let go of the bar and hang down by your knees. The catcher will take your wrists, and then you let go of your legs.
