Description

Other Names: Two-Position Cable Bird's Next, Bird's Nest in the Cables

Although called a Bird's Nest, this trick is much more similar to a Planche or a Bat. As a Frontend Trick: Swing out. At the frontend, bring your legs up in front of you and pass them in between your hands as if you were going to hook your knees on the bar. Instead, hold the bar higher up your thighs. At the backend, push your body straight so the bar moves higher up your thighs (just under your butt), open your legs and put the fly cables on the tops of your feet (where your shoe laces would be). Your arms should be straight. Squeeze your butt and arch your back!

This trick is made slightly more difficult by the feet being on top of the cables at the moment of the catch, so need to be unhooked on the 'HEP'.
