Swing out and back. At the backend, bring your legs up between your hands (straight if possible) and continue to roll your body round until you are in a Dislocation position with your legs straight and holding the bar behind you. As you approach the frontend, your body will become straight and the catcher will be right in front of you for the catch.

This trick puts a lot of strain on the shoulders so you should warm up carefully and try it first on a practice bar.
