Description

Other Names: Backend Spiderman

This is not the world's most beautiful trick, but is an interesting one to try (particularly if you are a Spiderman fan) and is a good preparation trick for beginners who find the Straddle Whip position difficult to hold.

Hold the bar with your hands close together. Swing out and back to the platform. At the backend, lift your legs up at the frontend and place the soles of your feet on the bar outside of your hands, bringing your butt up as close to the bar as you can. Tip your head back and straighten your back as much as possible. At the catch point, let go and give your hands to the catcher.

Make sure that you do not kick the bar, and straighten your legs only once you have made the catch and are swinging down with the catcher.
