Swing out and turn around. At the platform, rise into a set and bring one leg in front of you over the bar. Push your head back and your hips forward and pull the bar backwards onto the thigh of the other leg, with both legs straight. At the peak, let go and grab the stick. This trick is most commonly performed on a bar to bar rig.
