Swing out and make a half turn at the frontend. At the platform, bring your legs up, and hook them on the bar between your the hands. Tip your head back to look for the catcher. Keep holding the bar until the front end when you let go of the fly bar and catch the stick that the catcher is holding out for you. Unhook your legs and swing down.
