Reverse Bird's Nest

Description
Swing out and turn around. At the platform, get up into a Bird's Nest position (facing the opposite way to usual). You may find that you can't arch as much as usual or you will not see the bar/catcher. When you arrive at the frontend, let go and catch the stick or a bar. This trick is most commonly performed on a bar-to-bar rig.
