Swing out and turn around. At the platform, bring your legs up in front of you and pass them in between your hands as if you were going to hook your knees on the bar, open your legs and put the fly cables on the tops of your feet (where your shoe laces would be). Your arms should be straight. Straighten your legs and squeeze your butt. When you arrive at the frontend, make a half turn to catch wrists.
This trick is made slightly more difficult by the feet being on top of the cables at the moment of the catch, so need to be unhooked as/before you turn.
