From the Catcher's Lock position, grab the bar at the backend. As you swing forwards, unhook your legs from the cables and bring them out and round the side of the trapeze bar into a Straddle Whip position. As you return the backend, hook your knees on the bar and reach up the grab the cables. Then sit up.
