Description

Other Names: Star to Bar

Start sitting on the catch trapeze FACING THE PLATFORM. Start to transition into a Catcher's Lock, but as you unhook your knees from the bar and bring them around the bar, drive them forwards and let go of the bar (a little before the peak) to make a travelled Shooting Star back to the fly bar.
