From sitting on the catch trap. Start your lock and bring your legs down at the frontend. Swing on the catch trap as you would on the fly bar. Sweep back slightly earlier than for a swing so that you start to rise early towards your set as you approach the catch point. Then sweep your legs back straight, let go early and make a travelled straight front somersault. You need to let go before the peak in order to have enough travel to cross the distance between the fly and the catch trap.

This trick is sometimes referred to as a Cutaway (and it is similar), although the Flyaway technique doesn't include the 'set' on the bar, followed by a defined 'break'.
