Front Somersault down from Static Cradle

Trick ID: 553

Description

The flyer starts swinging with the Static Cradle catcher. As they approach the frontend, they drive their feet backwards to generate a forwards rotation and let go, making a front somersault to catch the fly bar which swings in below them.
