Swing out and back to the platform. As you swing back forwards again, bring your legs up in front of you and over the bar. The top catcher takes your ankles and you let go of the bar. This trick is extremely similar to the Drive Somersault, except the legs are aimed back towards the top catcher and there is no vertical 'drive' to send the body upwards.

As a variation of this trick, the top catcher can hold a stick and you can hook your knees onto the stick for a Catch in Knee Hang.
