Three-Quarter Turn

This trick covers a variety of scenarios where the flyer makes a Three-Quarter turn and passes from one lane to the perpendicular lane if a Crossed Rig. The technique is similar to a Half Turn. The flyer can turn in either direction depending where they want to go afterwards.

This trick can be performed as a Three-Quarter Turn Return from catch, a Three-Quarter Turn to a catcher or a second fly bar (Bar-to-Bar passage), or even from one catcher to another.

Higher numbers of twists are also possible, for example a 1¼ pirouette.
