Description

This trick covers a variety of scenarios where the flyer makes a quarter turn and passes from one rig to the perpendicular rig. The technique is similar to a Half Turn. The flyer can turn in either direction depending where they want to go afterwards.

This trick can be performed as a Quarter Turn Return from catch, a Quarter Turn to a catcher or a second fly bar (Bar-to-Bar passage), or even from one catcher to another.

Higher numbers of twists are also possible, for example a ¾ or a 1¼ pirouette.
