Front somersault from a front support position
1 Front Somersault
Swing out and turn around. Kip up to front support position at the platform. As you arrive at the peak at the frontend, pike forward and then drive your legs backways and over your head. This moves your body up and away from the bar. Make a half turn and catch wrists.
