Triple back somersault

#Triple #Wrists Catch

Explanation

This trick starts like a layout (swing very high). Break extremely hard at the poles (or just before) and your feet and body comes back in front of you. Push your hips up over the bar and tuck tight. In this way your somersault should be thrown straight up.
