2½ back somersault to legs with a full twist
2.5 Back Somersaults
Swing out and back, rise up into a set at the backend, break hard just before the poles and let your feet and legs come in front of you. As you come off the bar, tuck tight for the double somersault and make a full twist. Give your legs to the catcher.
